Assess the Job

Every window job starts with a walk of the property. We check what equipment the job calls for, how much buildup is on the glass, and what kind of screens we're working with before a single tool comes out.

Screens Off, Frames Checked

Screens come off first. While they're out, we inspect the frames and sills for any existing damage and flag it with you before we get started — no surprises after the fact.

Screens Cleaned As We Go

Each screen gets washed with a dedicated screen cleaner while we work through the windows, not batched and rushed at the end.

Full Wash Down

We wet the entire window — glass, sills, tracks, and surrounding frames — with our first solution and scrub it all down, then rinse. A second solution goes on next, worked in with a mop and a light abrasive to lift grime and hard water stains, then squeegeed clean.

Detail for the Finish

This is where the job actually finishes: the glass gets detailed to a streak-free shine, and so do the frames, sills, tracks, and everything around them — so the whole window set looks brand new, not just the pane.
